1. Delivery Providers

1. Delivery of products purchased through the Website is carried out via “HayPost” and/or other third-party courier and logistics companies (collectively, the “Carrier”).
2. The Carrier is selected depending on destination, service availability, and operational considerations.

1. Shipping availability and delivery options depend on your location and the product type.
2. If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will try to offer an alternative solution where possible.

3. Delivery Timeframes

1. Estimated delivery timelines (where applicable) are displayed on the Website and/or in the product description. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the destination, Carrier operations, customs procedures, and other factors beyond the Company’s control.
2. The final estimated delivery time and shipping details may be shown after you confirm your delivery address and selected items at checkout.
3. The Company is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed over to the Carrier within a reasonable timeframe after the order is confirmed.

4. Shipping Costs

1. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout and/or included in the product price as indicated on the Website for the selected delivery method.
2. If shipping is included in the product price, the Company bears the cost of delivery to the Carrier.

5. Address & Delivery Requirements

1. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable contact details.
2. If delivery fails due to incorrect/incomplete address details provided by you, inability to contact you, or inability to provide access to the Carrier/courier, additional delivery-related costs may apply.

6. International Shipping, Customs & Import Fees

1. For deliveries outside the Republic of Armenia, customs duties, import taxes, and other mandatory charges may be applied by the destination country upon receipt. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not paid or reimbursed by the Company.
2. You are responsible for checking local import rules to ensure the ordered products are permitted to be imported into your country. The Company is not responsible if import is prohibited or restricted by local regulations.

7. Risk of Loss & Delivery Confirmation

1. An order is considered delivered when it is handed to the recipient at the address specified at checkout (or according to the Carrier’s confirmation of delivery, where applicable).
2. If the Carrier requires signature/ID verification, you agree to comply with such requirements at delivery.

8. Force Majeure

1. Delivery timelines may be affected by events beyond the Company’s reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, emergency situations, governmental restrictions, customs limitations, sanctions, and disruptions in banking, payment, logistics, or communication systems.
