1. General Provisions

1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs the procedure for the collection, processing, storage, and protection of personal data of individuals using the website “---” (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) operated by “AMARA DEVELOPMENT” LLC (Taxpayer Identification Number: 04229624, State Registration No. 52.120.951958, registered address: 2 Teryan Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia) (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), including visitors and purchasers (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).
2. “Personal Data” means any information relating to the User that allows or may allow the User to be identified, directly or indirectly.
3. “Processing of Personal Data” means any operation or set of operations performed on personal data, regardless of the method or means of implementation (including automated processing, with or without the use of any technical means), including collection, recording, entry, systematization, organization, storage, use, modification, retrieval, transfer, correction, blocking, destruction, or any other operation related to personal data.
4. By accessing the Website, registering on the Website and/or placing an order through the Website, the User gives their unconditional consent to the processing of their personal data by the Company in accordance with this Policy.
5. This Policy has been developed in compliance with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Personal Data Protection” (hereinafter referred to as the “Law”), and other applicable legal acts.
6. The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time. The User shall be deemed duly informed and notified of such amendments from the moment the revised version of the Policy is published on the Website.

2. Legal Grounds for Processing of Personal Data

1. The Company processes the User’s personal data solely on lawful grounds, taking into account the following:
2. 1. the User’s consent to the processing of their personal data, provided by accepting this Policy;
   2. the voluntary provision of the User’s personal data to the Company and/or to any person or persons acting on behalf of the Company (including employees, representatives, or other persons involved in the Company’s activities), by any means, including through the Website;
   3. the principles of personal data processing established by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

3. Categories of Personal Data Collected

For the purposes of registration on the Website, placement of orders, and delivery of goods, the Company may request and collect the following personal data from the User:

1. Contact information, including the User’s first name, last name, business name (if applicable), address, telephone number, email address, and, where necessary, passport and biometric data.
2. Purchase-related information, including the products purchased, payable amounts, card type, payment methods, delivery address, and other related information.
3. Preference information, including products and/or brands that are of particular interest to the User or most frequently viewed and/or purchased by the User.
4. User account information on the Website (the User’s personal account), which may include contact details, purchase and preference information, the User’s personal account password, lists of items contained in the shopping cart or saved for future purchase, lists of viewed products, gift card details, and other information related to the User’s account.
5. Demographic data, which may include the User’s age, date of birth, gender, postal code, and similar information.
6. Video recordings and photographs taken during visits to the Company’s retail locations or uploaded by the User to the Website for the purpose of linking them to the User’s personal account.
7. Audio recordings of telephone calls, including any information provided by the User during such calls.
8. Information on device location used by the User to access the Website.
9. Automatically Collected Data about the operating system and browser, including IP addresses, cookies, device and browser settings, information about the internet service provider, and information about when and how the User accesses and uses the Website (date, duration of visits, entry/exit, search queries, pages visited, purchased products).

4. Purposes and Duration of Personal Data Processing

4.1 Purposes

The primary purpose of collecting personal data by the Company is to provide the User with secure, convenient, efficient, and personalized services. The specific purposes include:

1. Provision of services. To manage payment and order processes and ensure proper account operation.
2. Communication. To contact the User regarding orders, inquiries, or comments.
3. Personalization. To analyze history and personalize services and recommendations.
4. Analytics. To understand usage patterns and improve Website performance.
5. Security and legality. To protect Users, the Company, and third parties and prevent unlawful actions.

4.2 Retention

1. The processing period begins from the moment the User provides their personal data.
2. General personal data shall be retained for a period of five (5) years after deletion of the account and personal data, after which such data shall be destroyed.

5. Confidentiality of Personal Data

1. The Company guarantees the confidentiality of the User’s personal data. The Company does not sell or otherwise disclose the User’s personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by law.
2. To the extent necessary for the provision of the Company’s services, the Company may transfer the User’s personal data to:
   1. “HayPost” CJSC or other delivery service providers (for delivery).
   2. Customs authorities in Armenia and/or destination country (for international deliveries).
   3. Banks/financial institutions (for payment processing).
   4. Platforms like Facebook/Instagram/Google when using social login/sharing features.
   5. Authorized state bodies, when required by law.
   6. Third parties at the User’s request or with the User’s consent.
3. The Company takes reasonable security measures; however, confidentiality may be compromised due to actions of the User and/or third parties. The User is recommended to:
   1. Check the account regularly and report suspicious activity.
   2. Use updated antivirus software.
   3. Use strong passwords (7+ characters/symbols).
   4. Avoid reusing passwords across sites.
   5. Do not disclose passwords to third parties.
   6. Protect devices with passwords/security measures.
   7. Log out on shared devices.
4. Company employees/contractors with access to personal data must keep it confidential.
5. In case of a personal data breach, the Company shall publish a public notice and notify competent authorities of the Republic of Armenia.

6. User Rights

1. The User has the right to obtain information regarding:
   1. categories of persons to whom personal data has been transferred;
   2. sources of personal data.
2. The User may request correction, restriction, or destruction of personal data if it is inaccurate/incomplete or obtained unlawfully.
3. Requests may be submitted electronically to the Company’s email indicated on the Website with justification and supporting evidence.
4. The Company responds within ten (10) business days.
5. Inaccurate data will be corrected/destroyed within ten (10) business days.
6. The User may withdraw consent by deleting the account. The Company ceases processing per the retention terms.
7. Disputes are resolved by competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

International Transfers
