Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy explains the rules for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made on the
website “---” operated by “AMARA DEVELOPMENT” LLC (TIN 04229624, State Registration No. 52.120.951958,
2 Teryan Street, Yerevan, Republic of Armenia).
By placing an order and completing a purchase, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. Returns & Exchanges — General Rules

You may request a return or exchange within 14 (fourteen) days
from the date of payment for the product.

To initiate a return or exchange, you must notify the Company by submitting a request in the relevant section of
the Website (or by contacting us using the contact details below).

If an exchange involves a price difference, you agree to pay any outstanding amount, and the Company will refund
any overpaid amount (if applicable).
2. How to Request a Return / Exchange
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the information below when submitting a return/exchange request.

Order details: order number and the email/phone used at checkout.

Item details: product name (or SKU/variant) and the reason for return/exchange.

Proof of purchase: receipt or other settlement document (where available).

Photos (recommended): clear photos of the product and packaging, especially in case of a defect, damage, or mismatch.

After receiving your request, the Company may provide further instructions, including return address, pickup options (if available),
and any required steps before sending the product back.
3. Returns / Exchanges for Defective (Non-Conforming) Goods

You may return or exchange goods of inadequate quality within 14 (fourteen) days
from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below.

The Company accepts a return/exchange of defective goods only if all of the following are met:
- the product’s appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
- you have a proof of payment (receipt or other settlement document);
- there is evidence the product was purchased from the Company.

If replacement is justified, the defective product may be replaced with another product available in the
Company’s assortment at the time of your request.

If replacement is approved, the Company will provide the replacement product within
7 (seven) business days after receiving the returned product.
4. Returns / Exchanges for Non-Defective Goods

You may return or exchange goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days
from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below.

The Company accepts a return/exchange of non-defective goods only if all of the following are met:
- the product has not been used;
- the product’s appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
- all seals are intact and original tags are preserved;
- you have proof of payment (receipt or other settlement document);
- there is evidence the product was purchased from the Company.

If a replacement is available, the Company will provide the replacement product within
7 (seven) business days after receiving the returned product.
5. Refunds — Method & Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method originally used, unless
another method is required or agreed by the parties in accordance with applicable law.

Refund processing typically begins after the Company receives and inspects the returned product (or after a return/exchange
decision is made, where return shipment is not required).

The time for the refunded amount to appear on your account may depend on your bank/payment provider and their internal processing rules.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, the Company aims to process approved refunds within
up to 10 (ten) business days after receiving the returned product and confirming eligibility for a refund.
6. Shipping Costs for Returns

Costs related to shipping the product back to the Company for a return or exchange are paid by the User.

If you return a product, the Company does not reimburse the delivery cost that was included in the product price
and has already been incurred.
7. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items
The following categories of goods cannot be returned or exchanged (unless otherwise required by applicable law):
- items made to the User’s individual/custom order;
- perishable or degradable goods;
- goods that cannot be returned for sanitary or hygiene reasons;
- goods that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
8. Product Images & Color Disclaimer

Product photos, images, colors, and design representations on the Website may slightly differ from the actual
product due to screen settings, lighting, and other technical conditions. Such differences are not considered a
defect or misrepresentation.
9. International Orders (Customs & Import Fees)

For deliveries outside the Republic of Armenia, customs duties, taxes, and other mandatory fees may be charged
upon receipt in your country. The Company is not responsible for paying these fees.

You are responsible for checking whether importing the ordered goods is permitted under the laws of your country.
The Company is not responsible if import is prohibited or restricted by local regulations.
